The new year usually sees most of us start off with making NY Resolutions that we have good intentions of keeping, but unfortunately often end up breaking.  We think it's easier to pledge that the year pans out to be a rolling series of occasions devoted to seeing, doing and learning new things that really appeal.   Do you agree?

What happens to the money you pay for body corporate fees?
It’s a good question, and every lot owner (or potential lot owner) is entitled to be given a comprehensive answer, and fully transparent documentation that shows exactly how the fees are spent and why.

 
What are the options for paying your body corporate levies?
As a lot owner, you making a commitment to make Body Corporate levy payments when you purchased. How often are you required to pay your levies, and what happens if you don’t pay on time? 

 
What are the implications for the innocent Lot Owners?
